Kenra, a long-time member and Ordained Deacon of First Church, has filled the secretarial postion since April 1973 (with one year off to have a baby). She worked part time until 1981 and has been full time since that time. Kenra has taught various ages of Sunday School classes and was teacher to the Nursery Class (ages 2 through 5) for nine years. She and her husband Max, now deceased, have three children, two of who are married, and three granddaughters. All are active members involved in the life of the church.
