December 21: Longest Night Service
The Longest Night service is a sacred time to mourn the losses and griefs of the year, and to recognize God’s presence in the midst of the hurts in our own lives, in our country, and in our world. You can either simply listen and pray during the service, or you can participate in acts of symbolic “rending” with either paper or old fabric (like a sheet) that you have at home.
